Please avoid including detailed medical information in the web form.

Form and analytics providers
The contact form sends your details to Formspree (our form processor), which forwards enquiries to Signature Dentures by email.
Formspree processes this data on our behalf to deliver submissions and provide spam protection.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us measure page views, campaign performance and website performance. Vercel Web Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use third-party cookies.
Lawful basis & retention
We process enquiry information to take steps at your request and to manage our legitimate interests in handling enquiries, improving the website and measuring campaign performance.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond, follow up and meet basic record-keeping requirements.
Sharing & security
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers needed to run the website, process enquiries, show maps and measure performance, including Formspree, Vercel and Google Maps.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
