Calm, personal approach

A more personal way to get the right fit

Local denture care should feel reassuring and straightforward, with time to understand what is bothering you and what outcome you want.

Seen by a Clinical Dental Technician

Simon Owen plans care around comfort, speech, appearance and everyday confidence, not just the denture itself.

Family-run and easy to talk to

We keep the experience calm, personal and clear, so you never feel rushed or unsure about the next step.

Local follow-up and aftercare

From first consultation to fitting, adjustments and aftercare, we stay focused on a secure fit and practical support.

What you can expect

A clear, supportive process with time to talk things through properly.

1. Tell us what is worrying you

We listen to what feels uncomfortable, what has happened with previous dentures, and what you want to improve day to day.

2. Consultation, assessment and clear advice

We assess fit, comfort, stability and appearance, then explain whether a repair, reline, replacement or consultation-led plan is the right route.

3. Fitting, refinements and aftercare

We refine the fit and stay practical about adjustments and aftercare, so you can settle in with confidence.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to common questions about dentures, repairs, comfort and aftercare.

Can my dentures be repaired?
Yes. Many breaks, cracks and loose teeth can be repaired professionally. We don't recommend DIY repair kits or household glues, as they can damage the denture and affect the fit. If you can, keep all pieces and contact us for advice on the best next step.
Do dentures need adjusting after fitting?
It's normal to need one or more follow-up appointments for minor adjustments. Your mouth adapts and small pressure points can appear. We'll advise on what's normal and help you get comfortable as quickly as possible.
What's the difference between NHS and private dentures?
The main differences are usually the materials available, the time spent on aesthetics, and the number of stages/appointments. We'll explain your options clearly so you can choose what suits your needs and budget.
I've struggled with dentures before - can you still help?
Absolutely. Many patients come to us after previous discomfort or looseness. Simon can assess your facial profile, smile and speech, and work with you towards a fit and appearance that feels right.
