Independent help for private dental care

If we have been unable to resolve your complaint, the Dental Complaints Service provides free and impartial help with complaints about private dental care in the UK. It normally asks patients to raise the concern with the provider first.

The General Dental Council

The General Dental Council regulates dental professionals in the UK. It considers serious concerns about a dental professional's health, performance or conduct; it is not the usual route for resolving an individual service complaint.
