Cookies and tracking:

The clinic website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. It does not set optional cookies, so there is no optional-cookie consent banner. Fonts and photographs are served with the website rather than loaded from an external font or social media service.

Enquiry drafts:

The site does not save enquiry details in local storage, session storage or cookies. While the page remains open, it can keep a draft in memory when you move between pages using the site’s enquiry links. Reloading or closing the page clears that site-held draft; your browser may separately offer its own autofill or page-restoration features.

Hosting security:

The hosting service, Vercel, may use essential security cookies when protecting the site against abuse. These serve security purposes rather than advertising or analytics.

Form security check:

Submitting the enquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile’s security script and may show a verification step. It processes technical information to detect automated spam, not for advertising or analytics. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance.

External services:

Google Maps opens only when you choose a map link; no embedded map loads automatically. Google’s cookies and privacy terms apply after that choice. The enquiry form sends to this website’s server, which uses Resend for email delivery. A Resend tracking script is not loaded in your browser. Emailing the clinic directly uses your chosen email app and provider.

Managing cookies:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking scripts or essential security mechanisms may stop the form’s verification; call or email instead. External sites apply their own cookie settings when visited.
