Private denture pricing

Honest pricing guidance, confirmed after consultation.

We believe pricing should feel clear and trustworthy. Because denture work varies so much by fit, materials, complexity and timing, the final fee is confirmed once we understand what is clinically appropriate for you.

All services are provided on a private basis (no NHS). We do not publish fixed prices online because costs depend on the assessment findings, materials, appointment stages, urgency, repair complexity and the treatment that is clinically appropriate for you.
If you send an enquiry, we can usually explain the likely next step and whether a consultation, repair assessment or dentist input is needed.

If you are comparing options, a free consultation is often the best way to understand whether you need a repair, reline, replacement or a more detailed treatment plan.

What usually affects cost

Costs are shaped by the treatment itself, how many stages are needed and what will give you the most reliable long-term result.

Repairs

  • Broken, cracked or fractured dentures
  • Loose or detached denture teeth
  • Additions where a tooth can be safely added
  • Emergency repair enquiries where availability allows

Repair costs depend on the break, materials and whether the denture remains suitable to repair.

Relines & adjustments

  • Comfort adjustments for pressure points
  • Soft relines where suitable
  • Hard relines where suitable
  • Advice if replacement is more appropriate

Reline suitability depends on the age, condition and fit of the denture.

New dentures

  • Single dentures
  • Full denture sets
  • Cosmetic dentures
  • Fast-track options where clinically suitable

The final fee depends on the type of denture, stages required, materials and complexity.

Implant-retained dentures

  • Cases for patients with dental implants placed
  • Attachment and maintenance discussions
  • Coordination with your implant clinician where appropriate

Implant-retained cases vary depending on your implant system and whether a dentist’s input is needed. We’ll explain what’s involved and confirm a price after consultation.

Mouthguards

  • Custom sports mouthguards
  • Replacement mouthguards
  • Fit and comfort advice

Costs depend on the type of mouthguard and the specification needed.

How pricing is confirmed

We aim to be transparent about likely next steps and to confirm fees before treatment begins.

1. Consultation or assessment

We start by understanding what you need clinically and practically, whether that is a repair, reline, new denture or a more complex implant-retained case.

2. Clear explanation of options

If more than one route is possible, we explain the differences in treatment stages, likely outcomes, timings and what may affect cost.

3. Fee confirmed before treatment

Once the right approach is clear, we confirm the fee before treatment starts so you know what has been recommended and why.

Common factors include the type of denture, materials, number of appointments, urgency, repair complexity, whether a reline or replacement is more appropriate, and whether dentist or implant clinician input is needed.
