Our commitment
We aim to make this website usable for as many people as possible and to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards where reasonably practical.
What we've improved
- Skip link to main content and consistent page structure
- Keyboard support for navigation, FAQ tabs and FAQ accordions
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form controls
- Form labels, browser validation and aria-live status messaging
- Reduced-motion support and responsive layouts
Known limitations
Embedded Google Maps content may not be fully accessible for all assistive technology users.
Third-party services (including maps and form processing) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
We have not yet completed an independent third-party accessibility audit.
